Laser technology 2020 paves the way for discussing the recent advancements that took place in the field of laser. This session is based on the development that took place in the silicon laser. The development and enhancement of all-silicon laser are intended for integrated silicon photonics because of its compatibility with silicon techniques. The all-silicon laser was developed using laser nanocrystals with high optical gains. The blue laser is one of the gallium nitrate lasers which expel a bright blue-violet light. Shuji Nakamura is one who is famous for inventing the blue-emitting GaN diode. This blue laser is different from that of the other GaN laser diodes in its character and orientation because of its crystalline structure.
